* up to 14 travel days
* up to four travellers
* recommended route and overnight bases
* practical transport options
* accommodation recommendations
* relevant experience recommendations
* booking information and priorities
* practical alternatives where appropriate
* one reasonable round of adjustments.
The current price and scope are displayed on the Personal Northern Norway Travel Plan page before purchase.
Journeys longer than the stated maximum or groups larger than the stated maximum should contact Hinnøya Travel before purchasing.

5. Delivery of the Personal Travel Plan
The Personal Northern Norway Travel Plan is normally delivered within five working days after HINNØYA TRAVEL AS has received both:
1. the completed travel-planning questionnaire; and
2. successful payment.
If additional information is required before planning can begin, Hinnøya Travel may contact the customer. The delivery period may then depend on when the necessary information is received.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and sufficiently complete information for the travel-planning service.

6. What the Personal Travel Plan Does Not Include
The Personal Northern Norway Travel Plan is a travel-planning service, not a booking of the complete journey.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the planning fee does not include:
* flights
* accommodation
* rental cars
* buses, ferries or other transport
* coastal voyages
* tours or activities
* meals
* insurance
* admission fees
* other third-party travel services.
The customer makes the final travel choices and books and pays for individual travel services separately.

A Personal Travel Plan is prepared using information available at the time the plan is created.
Travel conditions can change.
